As an independent mortgage consultant, Ethan has access to over 50 lenders and 500-plus mortgage products available. This offers Ethan numerous options in meeting his clients' needs. The backing of over 150 years of experience sets Ethan apart from many entrepreneurs in the business.

In 2006, Ethan graduated Thompson Rivers University with a Bachelor of Journalism Degree and has since published stories from six countries. He has worked as a reporter both internationally and locally in Canada at magazines, newspapers, television news stations and websites. Although his passion for brokering and writing are separate, his journalistic ideals to fight for democracy, truth and justice are important to him in both careers.

Ethan decided to take the mortgage broker course at the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia because he is passionate about mortgage brokering. He views his role as a broker as more than providing financing, but helping people build the foundation for their lives - a home.
